Namirial is a Trust Service Provider, focused on addressing the fast growing market known as Digital Transaction Management (DTM), which includes legally compliant electronic signatures, managing and tracking the flow of documents, conducting secure transactions and guaranteeing secure storage of data. As Managing Director, International Markets, Antonio is in charge of all the company operations outside of Italy and has tripled the business organically over the last 4 years.

In February 2018, Antonio has started-up Namirial Deutschland GmbH and currently leads with the objective to growth the German market with eIDAS compliant Digital Transaction Management Solutions. Germany is currently the second largest market for Namirial Group

Namirial GMBH, formerly Xyzmo was acquired by Namirial Group in December 2015. As part of his responsibilities for Namirial Group international business, Antonio is also leading Namirial GmbH which is managed by a local Managing Director.

Namirial SRL is in charge of engaging customers and partners in Central and Eastern Europe and the Balkans. Antonio is also leading Namirial SRL which is managed by a local Managing Director.

Namirial France (previously Netheos) is the French remote subscription specialist. Its SaaS solutions streamline and secure highly regulated customer journeys, such as those offered by banks and insurance companies in “digital self-care”. Associated with a large catalog of identity verification solutions, its electronic signature certified according to the European eIDAS regulation ensures a very high level of proof. The solutions use AI to detect live matchmaking, automating the verification of the identity and credentials of new customers. Namirial increases the business and ensures compliance while fighting against fraud. Till October 2024 Antonio was President of the Supervisory board of Namirial France

As General Manager, Antonio was in charge of the company Digital Transaction Management (DTM) and Trust Services unit, leading the Company market development world-wide. When Antonio joined Namirial, it was a Software and Service company and a Certification authority which was mainly focused to the Italian market. After 5 years, DTM revenue grew 5x and Namirial is a well-respected global leader in DTM and a Qualified Trust Service Provider according to EU regulation 910/2014.

Evicertia is a Digital Trust Service provider for electronic signature, Certified Communication, Electronic Certification and Digital Onboarding. The company is primarily servicing customers inr regulated industries like insurance, banking and telecommunication as well as the public administration. In October 2024 Evicertia was merged in UnatacaEvicertia is certified as a qualified trust service provider for qualified electronic registered delivery service and qualified timestamp under EU Regulation 910/2014 eIDAS. In Peru Evicertia is accredited as a digital certification service provider for its digital signature software. Moreover, Evicertia is audited according to ISO 27001, recognized as an innovative SME in the Registry of small and medium-sized innovative companies in the Community of Madrid “Pyme Innovadora”, and included in the registry of telecommunications operators in Spain as a “data transmission” service for its services in electronic mail as well as message storing and forwarding.

MICROS Systems, Inc. is the leading provider of industry-specific enterprise applications and related services and hardware to the Food & Beverage, Hotel and Retail Industries. Most of the applications are available both on premises and with a Cloud/SaaS model. As Country Manager for Italy, Antonio has led a business of more than 21M€ with a workforce of 160 employees. After only a few months in the job, he was able to focus the company on Fiscal Year 2014 targets that were overachieved on both Revenue and Profit despite the fact that the first quarters result was below targets. During 2014 Micros Systems has been acquired by Oracle Corporation and Antonio has led the company till the Legal Entity Combination at local level. After that, he has mainly focused on guaranteeing the continuity of operations during the transition phase, facilitating the integration and transformation of the company while overseeing the day-to-day operations at Italian level. Antonio left the company after the Operational Integration was attained.

As CEO of Intesa (an IBM subsidiary), a position he has already held in the past, Antonio had full responsibility for the company strategy, operations and financials. With around 24M€ yearly revenue and 150 employees, Intesa is the market leader in Italy for Business Exchange (EDI) and e-signature/e-archiving/e-invoicing services, provided with a Cloud/SaaS model and targeted primarily to the Automotive, Banking, Retail/CPG and Utilities industries.Antonio has re-positioned the company in terms of competencies, organization, channels and institutional image to catch the emerging market of digitalization of front-end processes through biometric signature tablets, executing a strategic plan that allowed the company to achieve double-digit revenue growth.As an additional assignment, Antonio has been also in charge in IBM Italy from 1/2011 to 6/2012 for outsourcing contracts on medium size customer.

As Director of ITS Sales, Antonio has been is in charge of sales for ITS (Infrastructure Technology Services) in IBM Italy. This kind of services is of paramount importance in IBM as complement and enabler of sales of IBM HW and SW. Main services provided were IT Strategy, Middleware Services. End User Services, Mobile Services, Communication Services, Security, Business Continuity, Data Center Services, Storage Services, Cloud Services.Antonio has led around 60 Sales Specialist distributed in 5 Sales Units and has given functional direction to additional 20 Sales Specialist dedicated to volume sales through alternate channels (Telesales and Business Partners) with a revenue in excess of 300M€.

Antonio was appointed to the position when the company became a fully owned IBM subsidiary. After a thorough assessment of the company, Antonio has formulated and started executing a strategic plan to transform the asset-based product/service portfolio from traditional EDI to Internet B2B (e-commerce B2B), catching also the emerging business opportunity in document archiving solutions. This new strategy has allowed the company to strengthen it market position, to get multi-year contractual commitments from its most important customers, to increase revenue, multiply profits and double the company value.

As Application Management Services (AMS) Sales Leader, Antonio has been in charge of business development, marketing and sales of Application Management Services in the Southern part of Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Israel and Turkey).In this position Antonio has contributed directly and with his team to several Application Management engagements with a record signing level in first half of 2005 of around 350M€.Previously, for about one year, Antonio has managed the Application Management Delivery in Italy, leading a team of 150 professional in 5 delivery units with an yearly revenue of about 30M€.

As a program manager for Plans & Operations in the IBM APD/EMEA organization, Mr. Taurisano initiated and implemented a complex, multinational organizational change that included the design of a new organizational structure and management system. He was also responsible for the overall business strategy for the IBM Business Management System (BMS) software development efforts in EMEA. This all-around position encompassed financial, marketing, and development responsibilities for the BMS application software.

Antonio was a software development manager in the IBM Rome Networking Software Laboratory (now IBM Tivoli). In this position he had project and people management responsibilities and led, among other projects, the development of a world-wide strategic product.In this effort he coordinated a team of more than 50 people in 2 international labs in Italy and the US in order to integrate different system and network management products into one product that was suitable for indirect channel distribution.
