Creates a monthly billing report for Salesforce Shared Services that will be sent to onshore clients for review and validation.

Reviews and audits mobile applications submitted by developers around the world for potential policy violation before being published in the Google Play Store.

Process wherein we reconcile fall outs/discrepancies between bill and payment of various companies in the United States which we are given a minimum of 15 accounts where there are hundreds or thousands of members that have their own unique way of settling their own memberships.

We do data entry, transferring members from legacy system to a new system. We are also cross trained in various task of the project in order to help them when there are high volume of claims.
