I am an IT Support Specialist at Group IASO, a leading healthcare provider in Greece, where I provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for various IT systems and devices, such as printers, servers, networks, and software applications. I use AnyDesk, a remote desktop software, to remotely access and support users and clients across different locations and platforms. With a degree from IEK AKMH, a vocational training institute specialized in IT, and over four years of work experience in the IT services field, I have developed strong skills and competencies in IT support, customer service, problem-solving, and communication. Previously, I worked as a Support Specialist for CCS Healthcare Informatics, a company that offers innovative solutions for healthcare data management and analysis, and for MEDIATEL SA, a telecommunications company. In these roles, I gained valuable experience and knowledge in the healthcare informatics and telecommunications sectors, as well as in different IT tools and platforms. I am passionate about IT and its role in improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare services, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can help me achieve this goal.
