I am interested in constantly learning, and improving through my initiatives and my collaboration with other people. In addition, I would like to realize and listen what each person wants and needs whether he is a colleague or a client. Personally, I believe that I have deep emotional Intelligence and I can figure out the others bettter. Last but not least,, this mindset motivates me to be more creative and inspire my colleagues. As a consequence, I become better as a professional and as a character.
