Responsible for: - Analysis of requirements for various projects. - Cooperation with Business Units and IT Department to achieve the reorganization and automation of Departments procedures.- Designing the automated procedures to cover the Units needs.Special Projects: - Design new functionalities in “EFS”, system which monitors denounced corporate and SBL customers.- Responsible for the implementation of interfaces among “EFS”, “LOS” (loan origination system), Collateral management system and the central banking system.- Design the new workflow and procedures in “EFS”.- Preparing manuals and learning material for the training of the account officers.- Participation in the project of replacement of Trade Finance application with a new product “TI+”. Responsible for testing and delivering documents within the new application.

Responsible for: Optimization and Automation of lending procedures Special Projects: - Design, in cooperation with the IT Department, examine and supervision the migration of GENIKI Bank loans to PIRAEUS Bank central system. - Participation in the work group to achieve the "Installation and Execution of the new operating platform for Collections (EXUS)”- Optimization of loans daily procedures (disbursements, reversals etc.)

Responsible for:- Analysis of the requirements of Retail Banking Division, Collection and Risk Division- Design of the requirements implementation, in cooperation with Business Units and IT Department.- Support the requirements of external audit firms (Black Rock, Pimco etc) and Greek Authorities (Bank of Greece, Tax authorities, TIRESIAS etc.).- Design & monitoring the implementation of projects relating Retail Loans (Mortgage, Consumer, Small Business Loans) and insurance products Special Projects: - Responsible for the loans migration of CPB Bank to PIRAEUS Bank.

Responsible for:- Creating control procedures for monitoring the flow of funds and the valuation of investments. - Supervision of companies daily procedures - Cooperation with the audit authorities (Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Bank of Greece, tax authorities, external auditors, etc.).- Training the Bank's network to promote mutual funds.- Design and improvement, in cooperation with external providers, the existing software so the company operates in an On Line/Real Time environment with the branches.- Investment of mutual funds liquidity in the interbank market (Money Market) and the bond market

Responsible for:- Monitoring, service and meet the needs of unit-holders and Bank's network.- Supervision - handling of the daily operations of the Funds- Coverage of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission requirements- Optimization of the Mutual Funds software aimed at trouble-free operation in On Line/Real Time environment- Handling of cash investments of the Funds in the interbank and bond market
