ESST Researcher and Project Manager of ETHICS4CHALLENGES program. ETHICS4CHALLENGES (E4C) aims at addressing major technosocial and scientific challenges through flexible ethics education pathways to inculcate the necessary ethical awareness in students of all backgrounds (engineering, sciences, social and human sciences) and foster critical thinking about science/technology in a way that advances core European values. My main focus at the moment is the 4th pillar of Sociality, Research, focusing on innovation and new technologies management. I am co-authoring research proposals and am also part of various research groups and open source development tools such as Synergy. I am also acting as a Digital Transformation Manager, developing and promoting digital solutions for businesses and organizations. Finally, I have the chance to prepare and host a series of educational seminars regarding all things digital.

During my 3-month internship at Sociality I had the chance to get a good first impression from the field of management consulting and digital communications. In the meantime, I saw firsthand the in's-and-out's of how a cooperative company is run and I prepared myself for my main role as a researcher and digital communications manager right after.
