Current• Manage the CEO’s expense reporting against the travel calendar.• Provide high-level support, including scheduling and coordinating meeting calendars, handling all associated aspects of travel itineraries for business meetings• Manage the EVP/CEO’s and Senior Officer’s(5) schedule with other members of NAHB leadership, government officials, senior staff, and other staff as well as other organizations. • In collaboration with the Senior Management, coordinate and execute… Show more • Manage the CEO’s expense reporting against the travel calendar.• Provide high-level support, including scheduling and coordinating meeting calendars, handling all associated aspects of travel itineraries for business meetings• Manage the EVP/CEO’s and Senior Officer’s(5) schedule with other members of NAHB leadership, government officials, senior staff, and other staff as well as other organizations. • In collaboration with the Senior Management, coordinate and execute communications strategies (e-mail, webcasts, letter, phone) required to address priority Association issues or initiatives. • In Collaboration with colleagues throughout the building, collect background details regarding meeting requests, organizations to which Leadership will be speaking, or past event performances. • At the direction of the Senior Director of Leadership Operations, assist in tracking and communicating current budget progress/status with the CEO and the elected NAHB Leadership.• Serve as the primary point of contact charged with managing access to, commitments by, and communications of the NAHB Senior Officers and CEO.• Responsible for collaboration of all Senior Officer commitments on behalf of the Federation.• Responsible for making specific inquiries and requests for assistance by the NAHB Leadership, including the CEO, are appropriately addressed promptly.• Respond to or request information for coordinating Senior Officer’s and CEOs’ schedules.• Assist the CEO and appropriate staff in coordinating and arranging meetings; serves as a contact point for the CEO.
