Utilizes knowledge of Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) as well as Public Key Infrastructure/Enabling (PKI/PKE) functions, operations, and policies to provide support in order to meet DoD/AF policies and requirements. Assists AF Enterprise organizations in their efforts to request, procure and implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) capabilities for their required systems/platforms. Works with all AF subordinate organizations to establish better processes supporting policy review and implementation. Provides policy interpretation as well as capability analysis through the use of all available DOD/AF Technical data and publications. Validation authority for Group (VIP-Executive Staff Support) and Role (network monitoring, preflight staging, code signing) alternate logon tokens (ALTs) within the AF IT Enterprise. Requests/responds to Change/Service Requests and Incident Reports in order to provide field support and maintain DOD, USAF and AF PKI policy and standards. Performs technical reviews and develops solutions to review applications and processes to enforce DOD and USAF policy. Develops and implements DOD/AF solutions supporting Information System Owners (ISO), SAF/CIO, AFPKI RA, HQ ACC, and AODR to ensure all capabilities, strategies, roadmaps and governance processes and policies are consistent with national security policies and directives.
