Basic Engineering Design Stage, Construction and Commissioning for EPC Banggai Ammonia Plant Project :• Be responsible for Daily Production report and Plant Energy Report for Ammonia and Utility Area, and presented in the Daily coordination meeting.• Be responsible for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Report and Troubleshooting regarding the Plant operation and process reliability.• Be responsible to prepare and develop the Yearly Budget of Production Department.• Be responsible as a delegation on Monthly Upstream Downstream (USDS) Gas Coordination Meeting between Seller & Buyer of Natural Gas.• Plant Monitoring System as daily activity, check and monitor all interlock and logic are running as per operation design.• Prepare and develop the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of Utility Area (Sea Water Intake System, Desalination / Reverse Osmosis System, Natural Gas Metering, Package Boiler, Power Generation System, Deaerator, Instrument Air, Fire Water System, etc.), and Basic Engineering Design Data (BEDD) and Process Flow Diagram (PFD) for Process Utility Offsite Area.• Be responsible for the Pre-Commissioning (Flushing, Blowing, and Acid Pickling) and Commissioning activity for Utility Offsite Area.• Be responsible for Pre Start up Safety Review (PSSR) for Utility Offsite Area, prior to the commissioning activity.• Be responsible the Natural Gas Pipeline Construction work by daily basis.
