Changi Water Reclamation Plant Phase 2 (February 2019 to December 2021)- Working on various tender preparation in Singapore and overseas.- Prepare costing, equipment specification, vendor comparison, and technical recommendation for technical proposal preparation and tender bidding- Develop engineering design for various technical and commercial proposal document and actively participate in client’s technical clarification- Company presentation and proposal presentation in front of the client.
