CurrentAs an IT Specialist, I manage and maintain a range of crucial IT systems and services, ensuring smooth operations and user support across the organization. My responsibilities include managing SCCM for software deployment and updates, handling Beacon ticketing for efficient issue tracking and resolution, and administering Microsoft Intune and Azure for secure device management and cloud services. I also oversee the administration of Zoom and Teams to support seamless communication and collaboration.With a focus on troubleshooting specialized architectural software, including Autodesk products and Rhino, I help ensure that technical issues are resolved quickly to minimize disruption. Additionally, I provide general computer troubleshooting, and run regular maintenance cycles offering solutions that enhance productivity and streamline workflows across the studio.
