Current- Worked as a BI Operations Project Manager and was responsible for the successful implementation of Information Management Solutions built on BI platforms such as QlikView and Qlik Sense for Predictive analytics that were used by customers from retail, distribution, e-commerce, and manufacturingbusinesses.-Was responsible for the full project life cycle from analyzing customer's business needs and requirements to successful project implementation. - Closely collaborated the team of IT engineers and QA specialists working in Agile environment. - Provided training and consulting services for end-users, organized demo calls to show the data usage process and reports analytics. - Communicated with stakeholders on customers' end to set and manage expectations,and provided project updates on budget, scope, and velocity.- Together with the customers developed overall data collection strategy to reduce costs on their end and to ensure smooth customer experience.- Maintained data visualization dashboards to track customer's usage and experience, team’s performance, deliverable KPIs, etc.- Demonstrated a track record of problem-solving and driving multiple tasks simultaneously.
