I am currently employed by one the leading insurance providers in the country. I also have the added privilege to be holding a position in the very dynamic and innovative Sales Enablement Support team as a Senior Specialist - Risk Business Development. The team is mainly responsible for the training and development of the Sales Force and to provide excellent service and support to our customers by any means necessary. We assist in allowing people to experience financial freedom. I have been part of this team for an amazing 5 years and have been working in the Financial Services Industry for about 11 years.Before I was at STANLIB - Asset Management Company - where I worked in various departments. I was an Assistant Manager in the Institutional Operations area as well as a Training Consultant for the Client Service Department. The company achieved numerous awards in my time there which I am proud to say that I had a small part in.I absolutely love my role and find immense satisfaction in developing knowledge, facilitating greatness and providing customer centric services. Developing business and inspiring people to reach the unattainable and to play witness to these accomplishments makes my work worth it. I have a Master’s Degree in Commerce with specialisation in Marketing Management allowing me the opportunity to provide new and fresh insights into the lives of the Financial Advisors I serve.
