Key projects:Collaborative Health Record (NDA)The company is providing electronic medical record (EMR) services in North America and used by more than 30,000 physicians, supporting more than 60 million patient interactions each year. As a Product Designer, I have been leading design activities in few product launches and enhancing existing functionality. My work includes design, research, and close collaboration inside product teams.• Created the EMR mobile experience from scratch;• Designed an admin panel for creating and configuring clinic accounts for new clients;• Contributed to the core product and its design system.Cranial Remolding Helmets (NDA)On of the largest head shaping clinic in Canada specializing in the evaluation and treatment of head shape abnormalities in infants. My challenge was to enhance the user experience of the therapist's software. This application enables the upload of 3D models of children's heads, obtaining parameter analysis, and generating corrective helmet blueprints.• Conducted an UX audit and carried out interviews with users;• Created a visual design concept;• Delivered the whole product design of the primary doctor’s tool;• Completed within 10 working days, meeting the constraints of the client's limited budget.Housing Rental Platform (NDA)A US-based company providing a platform that automates the screening and leasing process for residential applicants. Subsequently raised over $5 million in Series A. The platform consisted of 3 parts: Admin panel, Rentner app, Manager app. I was responsible for designing the MVP of the Manager app. Its main features are applicant screening, carrying out deals, property management. • Delivered end-to-end designs for the MVP of managers’ app;• Developed a detailed clickable prototype for demonstration to prospective clients;• Worked closely with the development team to help implement all the functionality within a given timeline.
