Currently I am working in the same b2b project of VK Group (ex-Mail.ru Group) and Vneshekonombank. Job responsibilities:I am working as a manager who is responsible for infrastructure lifecycle and stability. I also work as a systems engineer involved mostly in storage, backup, and security areas.Achievements:As a manager I led the company migration from Docker Swarm to Kubernetes. As a systems engineer I designed and implemented most persistent storage services, backup services and monitoring services in the project. I also wrote a PowerShell library to integrate with OpenStack that allows us to manage our infrastructure using object-based commandlets and to have our own HTTP API for invoking complex automation tasks.

I was initially hired to Mail.ru Group and Vneshtorgbank joint project, which is B2B platform for business acceleration. I was hired as an information security specialist, and I was involved in designing corporate network, integrating various security products (e.g. Next Generation Firewalls, Network Intrusion Detection Systems, VPN solutions, Antiviruses) as well as infrastructure automation (mostly deploying Linux virtual machines in OpenStack) and identity solution deployment and management (FreeIPA). I was sometimes involved in some Linux troubleshooting (e.g. performance issues tracking, network issues and public cloud related issues).

I worked in 4by4 LLC as technical architect and lead systems engineer. I was involved in several projects in the field of hypervisor infrastructure migration (e.g. VMware to Hyper-V migration), information security and software defined storage (ScaleIO, S2D, etc.), datacenter network design and NGFW deployment (Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower), privileged identity management (FUDO), blade infrastructure deployment (HPE Synergy) and wireless solutions (HPE Aruba).

After leaving Kompaniya Peremena I have been working as an IT consultant for several IT integrating companies. During this work, I have successfully built several Hyper-V and VMware clusters (including server hardware and network equipment setup) and deployed several Exchange organizations, Lync solutions, Backup solutions and more.
