As a product marketing manager of AXA's single-pay business, I focus on product creation and proposition development based on market insights to create a needs-based financial solution that resonates well with our high-net worth and mass affluent target market. Additionally, based on insurance market landscape and existing business data, I also lead different tactical product campaigns launches that aim to boost target business.

Underwent an 18-month development program that assigned me to 5 different roles in AXA Philippines to provide me a full business view of how it runs as an insurance business:1. Retail Propositions - Young and Affluent families segment2. Investments Team3. Distribution support - Metrobank Bancassure channel4. In-Force Team (Retention)5. Retail Propositions - Wealth Management segmentHandled multiple projects involving marketing and propositions development, investment and financial training, customer/distributor tactical campaign launches to boost business activity and more. These were also mostly simultaneous with stretch projects assigned by HR which helped hone my multi-tasking skills. Graduated the program with my batch and was promoted to my first managerial role as a Segment Manager of the Wealth Management category.

I never really had a stomach for large audiences, but learning new things and gaining experience can never really be much of a bad thing. I auditioned to become a Radio Jock at Mellow 94.7 not really knowing what to expect, but here, I learned the fast-paced industry of radio.Working side by side with professional DJs has helped me be adept at handling music and commercial spinning together with professional talk time both on and off the air. With thousands of listeners nationwide, it was a very intriguing and exciting to be on public radio.With the help of the radio station as well, they gave me the opportunity to be a paid host for the movie premiere night of “A Monster Calls" at SM Megamall.

⦁Oversaw the entire e-commerce planning and created 5 product bundle plans for the brand launch on the consumer goods segment of Lazada and Honestbee.

Developed, and proposed a company-wide internal communications plan to the department manager completing the year-end objectives of Employee Relations for 2017 with my recommendations.Acted as a recruitment assistant by processing 70 applicants then selecting 18 to be eligible for the 2018 Territory Manager training program.

In the course of landing a top management position in the future, my time with Canon Marketing Philippines has given me the opportunity to experience presenting to the highest ups of companies, and in this case, to the CEO himself.I began the Chief Executive Officer's Process Improvement Initiative which involved gathering all sorts of data about the usage of Microsoft Excel in their office. The CEO hoped that minimizing the use of that program and utilizing the available online program would help increase efficiency in the workplace. In the end, as the sole project assistant of the person tasked to start the project, I collected, summarized, and presented the data and results, with my own recommendations to the CEO and other Top Management personnel.On another note, I was also the office's Public Announcer for all HR internal communications which interested all the other employees who were listening.

I began my journey to the corporate world back in high school as a Sales Intern at Globe Telecom. Under their Globe Wizard Program, I was involved with selling their newly offered plans inside the retail stores.After acquiring new accounts for both postpaid and prepaid services, eventually, I ranked 2nd highest in sales in that batch of interns, and delivered the culminating speech at the end of the program in front of the management, the parents, and to the CEO himself.
