I contributed with strategy-, governance- and programme and project work in a 1:1 and CRM Marketing Centre of Excellence. The mission of the CoE was to make Danske Bank no. 1 in the Nordics on 1:1 Data Driven Marketing. This included building and maintaining relationships across the Nordic parts of the bank, helping define the vision and strategic direction as well as identifying and implementing the technological capabilities necessary to achieve the omnichannel ambitions of the CoE.

I was primarily staffed to a major P&C insurance client where I had the privilege of working in a variety of roles while building strong relationships with client stakeholders that I still maintain today. The first year I worked mostly with business analysis, test management and managing smaller teams and tasks. For the second year I worked mostly as Scrum Master and Project Manager.
