Managing a team responsible for Customer Service (order intake to invoicing), Demand Planning, Master Planning and production planning. Next to managing the daily Supply Chain operations, the last 2 years (2018-2020), I was a key member of the Intertaste-Euroma transition team. In this project we physically moved 2 former Intertaste productions plants to the new Euroma plant Zwolle and transitioned to the ERP enviroment from Intertaste (SAP) to Euroma (Infor LN).

Key focus is assurance of supply by improving supplier performance (supply reliability) and capacity assessment over long range plan. Responsible to manage a high performing team of Supply Specialist and (Senior) Supply Chain planners and Business Support (5-10 FTE). With the team managing a portfolio of Key Contract Manufacturers and Ingredient suppliers, for supplying our Emerging Markets. Working in and with cross functional teams on continious improvement and optimization of the Supply network in order to provide the product to our commercial entities at optimal cost. First time right and flawless execution in a dynamic ever changing enviroment is key in our daily operating model.Achievements:In this role I was a key member in another business separation where Abbott sold part of the business to another company. This was a unique transaction as we separated the business based on Geographical areas and not product. This created new challenges where most products and capacities remained shared business with our suppliers, but relationships and agreements were fully separated. Also I led a project team to fully merge 2 separate planning models (with separate systems) into 1 integrated SAP enviroment. Key challenge was correctly phasing out and phasing while business was running as usual. On top we had to physically move 1100+ pallets to a different warehouse in a 1 week window, again while normal business continued. We succesfully achieved this integration without any business disruption.

Responsible for tactical and strategic management of product/brand supply chain, including new product introductions.Preparing and participating in monthly S&OP/Supply Reviews. The team is responsible for replenishment activities, capacity analyzes, Long range planning on a 0-24 months horizon (or beyond). Optimizing demand, supply and inventory. The Abbott Logistics Customer Service department was responsible for order management and organizing distribution of Abbott pharmaceutical products outside the US. Furthermore, it's the first point of contact for the Abbott international affiliates for all questions and requests around replenishment planning, product availability and distribution.
