I have been working at Compris for the past few years. Including various assignments with one of our strategic clients, Schiphol Nederland BV. Mainly based around System Integration, coordinating between the projects and maintenance organization and being Project Manager for a full ISO55001 certification for the Baggage department.

Responsible for the FAST (Future Application Support Teams) project where the existing Technical IT Teams (Application Management and Hosting) are being merged into new teams, working according to the Agile mindset and principles.

Leading a Microsoft .NET (C#) & Office development team within the Software Development & Maintenance Center (SDMC) at a.s.r.

During my first project I implemented Knowledge Management among seven teams that were located seperately in the building but did more or less the same work for different Business Lines. SharePoint has been implemented as a platform to collaborate, manage documents and find people with specific skills.The second project was to implement a way to manage competencies of all ICT employees of ASR (500+) in a single, comprehendable environment. We also deployed a SharePoint Site for this project, where every teammanager can update the skills of the employees in his/her team.The third project involve creating a Support Team for Microsoft Office programs made in Excel, Access and Word. Everything from the initial project plan to the final implementation has been covered, leading to a fully functional virtual team (the employees are .NET programmers who are partly allocated to Office Support) from the beginning of 2012.The fourth and final assignment I fulfilled as ad interim Teammanager of and Oracle development team within the Software Development & Maintenance Center (SDMC) of ASR.

Graduate assignment to implement an IT Service Portal to ensure optimal alignment with the Business of Oranjewoud. This covered the complete spectrum from the initial plans, the functional requirements and finally the construction.

Internship which focussed on analysing customer data through Data mining and Data warehousing. The target of this internship was to make it possible to create mailings to customers based on their buying behavior.

Internship which focussed on the possibilities for Oranjewoud to Outsource their ICT activities while keeping the control in own hands. We compared different possibilities focussed on the ICT organisation of Oranjewoud and gave an advice to the ICT Management Team

Internship that consisted of two parts. On the first hand migrate from Microsoft Windows Server 2003 to Server 2008 along with Exchange 2007. On the other hand improving the SLA's that the company had with their clients.
