Collaborated with software developers and scientists at NSIDC on more than 10 different projects. Refactored and developed Global Land Ice Measurements from Space (GLIMS) Ingest program, a script with nearly 1000 lines of code. Converted GLIMS Ingest script from Perl to Python, debugging and comparing outputs. Significantly enhanced the GLIMS Ingest program by introducing a set of new Python functions. The new functions not only improved code organization but also enhanced the overall efficiency and readability of the program code. Compiled weekly and monthly NSIDC Distributed Active Archive Center reports that were sent to NASA. Analyzed and manipulated datasets for compatibility and inclusion in QGreenland, a GIS environment focused on Greenland and powered by QGIS for geospatial data analysis and data visualization. Created program using Python libraries Fiona, Matplotlib, NumPy and Cartopy to visualize color-coded glacier outlines based on GLIMS glacier data. Produced NSIDC social media content.

Managed customer relations and provided outstanding customer experiences to over 75 customers per day. Identified hundreds of customer's needs and offered services to resolve problems and optimize sales.

Performed multiple landscaping tasks for at least 10 properties at a time. Conducted daily tasks such as planting, watering, mulching, grass cutting, trimming, edging and seasonal clean-up services. Installed hundreds of different types of stonework and brick pavers according to landscape design plans and customer specifications.
