  Cureently I’m working on development of DSP algorithms for optic communication systems. My scope of duties includes:– analysis of technical requirements;– research and development of algorithms for compensation of linear and nonlinear distortions;– implementation of algorithms in optic link software simulation platform;– evaluation of algorithm float-point and fixed-point complexity;– optimization of algorithm design and hardware implementation with constraints on performance and power consumption;– problem statement and technical assistance for cooperation partners in academia, implementation of research results.My biggest achievement in current position is proposal and implementation of in-house software for discrete automatic optimization of DSP algorithms. It helped to significantly reduce time for development and implementation of algorithms. This framework is now being actively used in development of product line solutions.
