In the project manager role, I have led several highly successful software solution development and integration projects for different clients, from inception through to post implementation and closure. Most recently I have managed a team of architects, designers, business analysts, developers, and testers ranging in number from 13-56 people, on projects to implement the requirements of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), both as complete standalone solutions and as solutions integrated with the current client solution suite. Additionally, I facilitated requirements determination sessions for solution development, and developed business design documents for clients on several projects. I manage and write proposals in response to RFPs, and participate in orals presentations during the client procurement process. Determine the integration requirements for the different integration partners, design, develop and test the integration application using the Sonic Software Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). Manage the integration strategy to suit the industry’s changing requirements. Manage the development team and partner/customer relationships. Coordinate development strategies and efforts to meet industry standards and customer timelines. I implemented a complex Enterprise Service Bus in a short period of time, enabling the company to integrate our application with automotive manufacturers.
