As Program Manager for Hyper Island’s most popular program, Digital Media Creative, I am in charge of the whole learning experience from start to finish, top to bottom. I lead the strategic design of the learning journey together with industry professionals to ensure that our graduates are industry-ready. I lead a Program Steering Committee to quality-assure the program. I design, plan and execute the learning experience for the program as a whole, and currently for a class of 53 students. I bring in industry professionals to run individual projects, I design and facilitate a range of workshops on topics ranging from self and team development to norms and culture, to stress and conflict management. I also regularly facilitate team development processes for working teams and coach individual students.

I assumed the role of Programs Administrator at Hyper Island in a strategic move to set myself up for the role of Program Manager, and after 3 months I was offered that position. As Programs Administrator I supported the team of Program Managers by driving and improving key processes to assure the quality of all programs. I also facilitated team development sessions, workshops and led Diversity & Inclusion initiatives internally.

As Co-Founder I shared the strategic and operational responsibility with the company's original creator, Kat Gabrielle. I lead the work on developing and launching the platform. My role included, among many things, product management, marketing strategy, UX research, content strategy and creation, and podcast production.

I also designed and facilitated many creative processes, lead new business endeavours, worked with the development of individuals and teams as well as with the improvement of company culture, vision, values, goals and processes. I worked on successful projects, agile and waterfall, local, global and remote, with clients such as Airbnb, Samsung SmartThings, Red Bull Music Academy, Amazon and Tele2.

I was a digital creative/social media manager for Höj Rösten - a politically independent movement based on openness, non-violence and equality working against the spread of racism, nationalism and xenophobia in the election for the European parliament and the Swedish election for parliament in 2014. Höj Rösten was both a live and a digital campaign. For the European election it was a video based digital campaign that ended with a live music show. For the Swedish election it was a music and information tour that travelled by bus to different areas of Sweden.My primary task was to manage our social media channels which entailed design, content creation, messaging, photo and video documentation and editing and much more. I was also a creative in the team that created the strategy and concepts for the two campaigns. As a designer I made everything from banners and Instagram imagery to backdrops for concerts as well as printing an entire bus.
