Always in constant communication with other teams such our affiliates in the US, Japan, Thailand and South Africa.I lived many years in Japan working for Toyota Motor Company where I have the opportunity to embrace their knowledge and philosophy.I have always a strong interest in human resources, to create highly motivated and committed teams.
