As an HVAC BIM Engineer I calculate, design and model mechanical systems for non-residential construction. I discuss/solve designs and clashes with the contractor and make sure our work-preppers know the details and challenges in the design of the system. A construction drawing is t͟h͟e͟ communion tool between the office and the mechanics at the site. It has to contain all the details, so even with bad instructions, a mechanic is able to get the job done!
