As a confident, innovative IT manager with 14 years of experience in the industry, I have shown an ongoing commitment to developing and maintaining staff, OLA/SLA to give the customer an exceptional all-round experience. In the often-busy environment, my key strength is the ability to deal with situations as they happen, while maintaining a professional attitude and an approachable temperament. I recognise the importance of a strong team and I am dedicated to giving my staff members guidance and training to further their careers and contribute positively to a cohesive working environment. I have launched project’s, cost and resource management skills to bring complex projects to execution moving staff to other country's around the world and delivery of staff and services on a global scale in a dependable manner. I have in my role completed reporting, incident management, problem management and management of services to agreed targets. I wish to move to a digital transformation role with agile development. I have developed a digital skill set doing in-house courses in Kanban, Bionix, Scrum, Dev Ops, Microsoft Azure Basics, Ansible and Agile Practices. The next step is to train on more digital skill like python and analytics to use learning machine with automation within robotics then to drive automation within the teams and become a transition manager within DXC.
