As a confident, innovative IT manager with 14 years of experience in the industry, I have shown an ongoing commitment to developing and maintaining staff, OLA/SLA to give the customer an exceptional all-round experience. The next step is to train on more digital skill like python and analytics to use learning machine with automation within robotics then to drive automation within the teams and become a transition manager within DXC.
