 Heading the factory operations (of 2 divisions of Janatha Middle East LLC – feed and food division) such as procurement planning, production planning, production coordination, purchase of packing material, spare parts and consumables, coordination with quality department, HR department, exports department, accounts department and engineering departments.  Responsible for the P&L of both the divisions of Janatha Middle East LLC Preparing the breakeven raw material price and breakeven quantity, based on market conditions, for the factory operation at the start of the month and responsible for running the factory within the budget and cost effectively.  Formulating policies, Omanization plan for coming years, HR and PR activities of the company – in coordination with HR department and PRO Directly reporting to the Chairman and promoters.Janatha Middle East Seafood Division: Frozen Fish and Seafood Production and Export: Planning and supervision of construction (civil, sandwich panelling, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical etc) of freezing plant of Janatha Middle East LLC.  Appointment of skilled and non- skilled manpower, licensing of the factory, export approval (to Non EU and EU countries) of the factory from Fish Quality control centre (MOAF) etc are done  Prepared HACCP manual and implemented the same in the factory and got HACCP approval from FQCC (MOAF) Coordinate with purchase department for fixing the raw material price and quantity on a daily basis Daily production planning and coordination based on the raw material availability and export orders.  Guiding the quality team for the implementation of set quality parameters, SOPs and SSOPs in the factory Coordination with Refrigeration Engineering department for the daily operations, spare parts and consumables purchase Marketing and export of frozen products. Coordination with shipping lines and forwarders for freight negotiation, container loading and export activities

Managing production in factories and freezer vessels, before shipment, to assure that the given parameters are followed. Coordination with banking department for the timely form M opening, LC opening, documentation process, release of funds etc Coordination with the Clearing department for the timely berthing of reefer vessels, timely clearing of the containers so that demurrage is maintained NIL and timely delivery of the containers to the cold stores. Coordination with the Engineering Department to ensure proper maintenance of cold stores and timely maintenance of machineries. Verification of the documents from the supplier side to ensure that the documents are as per the NAFDAC (National Agency of Food and Drug Administration - Nigeria) standard Laisoning with the Federal Fisheries, customs authorities and NAFDAC Authorities’ offices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES On site and On board quality inspection of fish, in factories and freezer vessels, before shipment (Pre shipment load port Inspection). Inspection of reefer vessels and containers while receiving them at destination port. Quality Inspection of received fish products. Routine inspection of cold stores (around 22 cold stores totalling 32000 MT capacity through out Nigeria) for the set standard operating procedures. Routine quality Inspection of fish stored in the cold stores. Head of Quality Control team of 16 branches (across Nigeria and other West African countries including Ghana, Ivory Coast, Benin, Cameroon)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages the Nile Perch processing operations to maximise yields and minimise costs. Continuous interaction with Procurement Manager to ensure timely receipt of raw material and with Export Manager for product specifications and ensure timely delivery of fresh chilled fillets. Conduct regular training for workers to improve their efficiency. Continuous interaction with the Chief Engineers to ensure smooth functioning of machineries and regular preventive maintenance of machineries. Ensure strict implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices Ensure on-floor implementation of HACCP. Head of HACCP team.
