Responsibilities Perform in New supplier Assessment & audits to assess the supplier’s processes and capabilities in stages of quality, cost, delivery, development & management system .Audit reports describe the supplier’s strengths and weaknesses. Our product consists of Fabrication ,Machining, Forging, casting, painting, powder coating & heat treatment process , our assessment procedure should be varies regarding their process of supplies. Prepare audit plan & Performs audit for existing suppliers to verify they are continuing to follow approved practices and meet regulatory requirements to improve the supplier rating. & monitor their performance. Support to supplier to take a CAPA for discrepancy supplies & monitor the effectiveness ( 8D & 7QC TOOLS ). Work directly with supplier for new product & support to prepare a APQP & PPAP documents , making fixtures & templates. Analyze the risk in every stage of process , the inspection should carried out in every stage & deliver the quality product in on time. Inspection carried out for all proto parts , critical items & heavy fabrication parts in supplier end.

• • Responsible for inspection of a component in final stage based upon the control plan & requirement of the customer.• Implementing 5S in organization, • Responsible for Conducting the R & R study to both gauges and instruments and Analyzing the process variation by using process capability studies (SPC) and implementing 7 QC tools, did one kaizen for every month in our process.• Preparation of APQP& PPAP documents (Process Flow Diagram, Process FMEA, Characteristic Matrix, Control Plan, and Checking Aids).
