I am a Construction Cost Management Consultant with specialised experience in the commercial real estate sector, and in particular, commercial high-rise buildings and workplace tenancy fitout projects.I see the Cost Manager as a key advisory partner to Developers and Tenants, during each delivery phase, including:- Due diligence advice across site selection strategies & lease negotiations;- Development of business case models and budgets;- Pro-active cost management of design and workplace strategies, and- Cost management throughout the bid and construction phases.I work across multiple regions with our global client base through the USA, Australia, Singapore, India, the UK and the Middle East. I have enjoyed the opportunity to collaborate with many of the leaders in Strategy, Design and Integrated Delivery, on many exemplary projects Globally.
