I am currently working at ACM to help create a versatile Timetabling unit that can swiftly react to all HE issues. I am hopeful that working closely with colleagues at ACM will allow me to make improvements that will benefit not only the students but staff as well.I have over 3 years of Management experience, 13 years of Timetabling, 20 years of Administrative experience & 5 years of sales and Insurances.I have worked at UEL in the Timetabling Unit since 2012 and am currently working for ACM as a Timetable Manager. During this time I have picked up a vast amount of knowledge using CELCAT client as well as other CELCAT software. I have worked for the University of East London in different departments over many years and have worked in a similar field for Trinity College.In my time working at UEL I have had to use the Delta (Sits) system on CELCAT and the CRA application.In my job I have to allocate rooms for ad-hoc meetings and conferences, I have to assist the team in adding/updating information on CELCAT, I am the main contact for telephone and email inquires relating to ad-hoc bookings, I help maintain a room utilization database and I undertake checks/audits. I also use and assist the team with adding/updating modules from CRA to CELCAT as well as using Room Booker to edit cancel and search for events.I have worked in many positions over the years dealing with minute reports general admin, data entry as well as keeping logs and using different databases to update records.I have used student based data bases such as Sits and Siebel along with other software that supports some finance teams like Sage, FTS & Smart.Current;At ACM as Timetabling Manager i am accountable for all scheduling matters pertaining to academic staff at ACM in an end to end manner, from timetable design and staff working patterns, through to absence and depping management. My role is to support Education Leadership, Pathway Leaders and the Registrar to ensure that faculty comply with policies and procedures.
