Advised superiors and trained subordinates of 1200 work personnel in order to provide Equipment Care on all varying equipment's within the whole organisation across the Falkland Islands to achieve the highest possible grade during an external audit.Supervise, manage & monitor workshop repair techniques to maintain the highest efficiency and productivity, enabling best practice and cost effectiveness at all times.Reporting to headquarters, outside agencies and contractors daily to improve equipment availability throughout area of operations.Key Achievements: Improving production and raising equipment availability by 30% by the restructure of manpower, resources and supply issues. Implementing detailed reports and data to higher management that were not in place. This gave Senior Management an overview of on-going issues and equipment availability. Results show to have over 80% availability after 6 months
