Alongside my fellow Taylor Rose Board Directors I am responsible for the firm's growth strategy, client care and legal talent, as well as specifically building an impressive residential property team across our offices nationwide. I personally oversee our Consultant Solicitor programme. Since 2014 we have been attracting smart modern lawyers, either individuals or teams, to work in harmony alongside our employed solicitors, providing a diverse range of legal services. Its a model that has proven extremely successful. Our Consultant Solicitors can choose to work from their home or one of our offices. They can work longer hours for financial benefit or or work fewer hours but take home a similar salary to the average employed solicitor. And with Taylor Rose providing a wide range of corporate support as standard, they really do make every hour count, taking home up to 70% of their billing.
