Antony is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Director of Keywest Partnership Ltd, an RICS regulated practice which provides the broad spectrum of commercial, contract and dispute services in the Construction Industry. Antony has extensive experience in the United Kingdom and the Middle East of major city developments, highway infrastructure and heavy civil engineering projects, providing commercial management and dispute resolution services to various clients in the public and private sector.Antony advises contractors and employers on commercial and procurement matters, commercial negotiation and claims management. He has provided successful commercial delivery on multiple large scale construction and engineering projects. Antony regularly provides quantum and technical support to party-appointed construction law firms in formal dispute proceedings.Antony specialises in NEC and has comprehensive knowledge and experience of this suite of contracts.Antony gained a First Class honours degree in Quantity Surveying at Liverpool John Moores University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, a member of the Society of Construction Law and a member of the Adjudication Society.
