• Looking after production (Distribution transformers & Switch gears).• Joined as Subcontract manager and to assist Production. As subcontract manager, role was to avail the inventories and parts (Fabricated Enclosures for transformers, designed component and fasteners for Breakers, Moulds and moulded components (Epoxy) for switch gears ...etc).• Regular follow-up with suppliers and discuss the design problems and solve them which they could encounter while in process. And to maintain papers and minutes.• Now as a Production manager role is to involve in the entire process of planning and production of CRT transformers, LBS and VCB panels. And interacting with design department and Q.C if Doubt persists among processor. Preparing Design change if needed• Involving in planning the schedule of winding and moulding of CRT and epoxy components (Pressure gilation).• Allocating Works and shifts among supervisors and workers. Preparing Papers as per ISO norms.• Conducting weekly meeting with supervisors and discussing critical problems and bottle necks.• Designing Epoxy P.G moulds.

• As a Tool room manager Role was to prepare the Detail breakups of a process involved in project and to think how to avail and implement it in an economical way.• Preparing Designs for Moulds in Solid works (Epoxy P.G moulds for switch gear industries includes Mould for Support insulators, 11Kv, 22Kv ...etc, Seal off bushings, Drive insulators, Spouts, insulation frames, Envelops, Pole housings, shrouded barriers...etc).And involving manufacturing process of the same.• Designing APG Machines for epoxy Components and SPM in Solidworks.• Sourcing out and developing new thing in Mechanisms.• Vendor developing and marketing.

• Laser Calibration and Compensation for CNC Machines (VMC, HMC & Grinding).• Attended breakdowns at famous Companies – Godrej, L& T, M&M, Bharat gears, Jindal Steels, Bajaj Auto, Kirloskar, HAL Nasik, ABB Alstom, etc.
