Job Profile:Responsible for assisting in the estimation and quotations to various clients, monitoring job completion and Invoicing.Roles and Responsibilities:• Review of Request For Quotation (RFQ) documents, understanding, analyzing and accurately assessing all technical specification, reference drawings included in the RFQ.• Dissemination of the RFQ documents to all necessary internal departments, compile all the outputs and ensure that all output received is compliant with REQ requirements.• Understanding and ability to utilize appropriate historical data to enhance accuracy of cost estimates.• Preparation of Request for clarification for onward communication to client if necessary on RFQ stage.• Liaise with purchase department to solicit accurate and timely proposals from material suppliers, equipments vendors and sub contactors.• Preparation of work scope, cost and related documents for the RFQ. • Perform site inspections with operation team to evaluate/identify the scope of work.• Organisation and compilation of relevant estimating data to be handed over to operation team after award of contract and attendance of project kick off meetings.

Job Profile:- Responsible for supervision and co-ordination of jobs on client site from manpower/material/machinery arrangement to Job completion.Responsibilities:-• Job planning based on availability of machine, material, manpower and client requirements• Monitoring the progress of each job in order to meet the target date committed to the customer as well as to meet the job specifications and quality.• Carry out inspections to verify quality of jobs done.• Preparation of job report for work done.• Ensure that safe working practices are followed at all stages of working.
