Responsibilities: - Preparation and completion of RFP/Tender documents, including negotiations, strategic propositions and setting margins/pricing- Building a prospect database for business opportunities to help grow the bottom line- Working on cost out initiatives for clients to help ensure lowest cost options and also maximising company profitability - Maintaining stock control for clients, including stock on hand, usage and setting replenishment levels - Implementing strategies for the team, including company capabilities, strengths, key market sectors - Participating in core management meetings to set strategic direction for the company- Managing and recruiting a team, ranging from 2 - 11 at various times - Conducting performance reviews and meeting with the team on a weekly basis to ensure KPIs are being met and that the goals are aligned with the company - Planning and creating budgets for the team- Preparation of monthly reporting including, client wins/losses and pipeline prospects for the team - Measuring the accuracy of daily sales to ensure there were no discrepancies- Analysing and reporting on financial activities including profit and loss

Responsibilities:- Managing and servicing existing accounts along with prospecting for new business- Working with clients to build solutions to help problem solve and improve their manufacturing process and brands- Preparation of agreements for client contracts and or stock holding- Raising accurate quote requests and setting margins- Working with suppliers when either outworking or for innovation/cost out initiatives- Forecasting sales for the month ahead- Completing all new job orders and working with customer service through to completion- Updating and managing inventory for all stock held clients- Completing all client agreements and contracts
