Antony is head of the dispute resolution team, leading a team of lawyers specialising in the resolution and litigation of commercial disputes. Antony has extensive experience in resolving a wide variety of disputes for commercial clients, including: commercial contract claims, corporate and shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, engineering, technical, technology and IP disputes, property and landlord and tenant claims. Antony also has specialist expertise in obtaining search and seizure and freezing injunctions arising out of commercial and fraud-related disputes. Antony has a specific interest in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, and has successfully concluded many mediations on behalf of clients. He also has extensive advocacy experience, both in the courts and before tribunals and arbitrators. Antony joined Clarkslegal as a trainee solicitor in 1986, having studied law at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge. He qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and became a partner at Clarkslegal in 1993.
