I am a Director of Smart Sport Performance Ltd. (www.tekkerstv.co.uk). In a separate capacity I am also an Academy Scout and Coach at Chelsea FC. I have been working at Chelsea for 9 years now. My previous football experience was working as U14 Acadamy Coach and Scout at Fulham FC and prior to that as Education and Welfare Officer and Academy Coach at Crystal Palace FC.I have a UEFA 'A' Licence achieved with the English FA in 2004. In addition I hold a Youth Coaches Award.Smart Sport Performance Ltd has developed a dedicated video based football website that allows users to upload football videos they want to share with other users (www.tekkerstv.co.uk- due for launch July 2014). The site is linked to an easy to use performance analysis app. These apps/websites are aimed at Grassroots football players/parents/coaches/scouts. The performance analysis app allows an easy and simple evaluation of a players performance. The information can produce reports that can then highlight strengths and areas of improvement. This can both educate and evaluate a players performance in a simple effective way.Please note that any posts I display or views I express are my own and can not be attributed or linked to Chelsea FC.
