• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking on the current products running in the emerging consumer segment.• Analyze customer needs and preferences to identify opportunities for new microinsurance products.• Review the company’s existing partnerships and microinsurance products and services and identify areas for improvement.• Develop systems for monitoring and evaluating the performance of Britam’s EMC products.• Develop new microinsurance products that meet the needs of underserved markets.• Conduct workshops with all emerging consumers segment departments to ensure approval of all requirements, specifications & use case material is achieved.• Deliver improvements to the business products by reviewing the current workflow process and identifying the areas that need improvement.• Identify potential partners for our EMC products, such as NGOs, microfinance institutions, or mobile network operators and establish and recommend best ways to manage these partnerships to ensure that they are successful.• Develop marketing and outreach strategies to promote our EMC products to potential customers.• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

• Assessing the risks of the proposed transactions and produce a report of the risk to convince approvers to accept the risk.•preparation of quotations and issuing sufficient quotes to clients through analysing all actuarial information.•Directing/training clients and newly onboarded financial advisors on Britam digital products, customer portal, financial Advisors' portal and the Britam app.•preparation of policies renewals excel sheets for general insurance policies; tabulation of sum assured and correspondence premium as per the product.•Employed exceptional communication and relation-building skills to develop trusting, professional client relationships.• Launching of mandate forms; Check offs and Direct debits for premium payments for newly issued and redated /revived life policies.• Accurately underwriting clients' filled in life proposal forms and processing them for approval and policies issuance.•Coordinated with other team members to complete projects within set limits i.e. Ensured timely delivery of GI policy documents(newly issued and endorsements);contract notes,receipts,renewal notices, certificates etc., to customers directly or by liaising with selling intermediaries.• Preparation of daily,weekly and monthly productions reports in all lines of business.• Offering training to newly onboarded financial advisors on Britam products, Insurance, Insurance process and issuance on behalf of the unit managers.
