My roles include: - Diagnosing and solving hardware and software related issues. - Installing and configuring computer systems. - Solving technical issues as they arise.

- Led a team of 3 talented UI/UX designers from Nigeria in designing and coming up with wireframes for WetFire’s company website.- Gathered and evaluated user requirements in collaboration with the product managers and engineers.- Built page navigation buttons and search fields.- Illustrated design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
