Through my project management and progress tracking, the project completed early and was 8% under budget, exceeding the production forecast by 30% and profitability forecast by 14% within the first six months. I also fulfilled the role of financial representative on the SAP implementation team and later drove implementation of international financial reporting standards to 12 subsidiaries and Irish companies. -
