Supervising and monitoring the site labor workforce and distributing the works as per the requirement. The production schedule and technicality of the production is always discussed with the foreman. Analyzing the technical details in the project and work accordingly without making issues. Managing all works and providing a timeline for production.Resolving the problems arise by the client about the production of materials. Communicating between all parties including contractors, sub-contractors, and internal team. Ensuring all materials and work performed areas per specifications and safety standards. Technically advising and coordinating on site for subcontractors and operatives, providing technical advice and problem solving on site. Maintaining the material test certificates as per international standards and as per client requirements. Keeping records of QA/QC of the projects including certificates of test reports. Sending each and every production records and material records to the higher authority. Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork and liaising with vendors about the materials and negotiating the price of materials. Monitoring daily site works from setting daily targets to verify the same at the end of day. Being responsible for every quality control action in the project site.
