Key DeliverablesManufacturing: Oversee and manage the entire manufacturing process for drone production, including production planning, scheduling, and operations Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and increase quality of drone components and systems Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify and resolve issues, using statistical process control techniques, Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization, manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders Manage and mentor manufacturing team members, including supervisors and managers, with a focus on training and development in manufacturing technologies Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors of specialized drone components and systems to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment Participate in budgeting and forecasting to ensure that the manufacturing department meets its financial goals and stays competitive in the drone industrySupply Chain Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain for drone manufacturing, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management Ensure that materials and components for drone manufacturing are delivered on time and at the lowest cost, by implementing Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory system and utilizing e-procurement platforms Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals Finalizing and approving the suitable Vendors. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors of specialized drone components and systems to improve delivery times, reduce costs, and increase quality Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to identify and resolve issues, using supply chain management tools such as ERPNext, Clickup Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits, Knowledge of data analytics and reporting

Key deliverables;Review of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) & First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) documentation.Review of APQP documentation (PFMEA, Control Plan, Quality Plan, Risk Management, Trials, and Validations) and ensure to meet customer expectations.Preparation of capital Budgetary for Quality Department and In charge to report, manage and close all the Non-conformances through applicable systems like Q Pulse and SAPEnsure continued accreditation of the Company by Certification Bodies that have been applied to facilitate first, second- & third-party audits.Leading all Quality checks Including FAI’s and Delta FAI’s for deliveriesImplementation and maintenance of AS 9100 management system across all relevant processes. Create an annual audit plan and ensure its compliance and Internal auditing QMS against AS 9100 requirements.Supported SQA team on Product & Surveillance Audit and Capacity, Supplier Delegation Review of the supplier, and Assess subcontractors & vendors for QMS compliance as and when required.Lead for Preparation of internal & external audits. (Audits such as AS9100, NARs, SABRe, NADCAP, and other new customers)Performing Root cause analysis for the Non-conformances produced and action plan to avoid recurrence and ensure sustenance to avoid potential to escape or cause a high-risk situation to the Company.Verification of contract review at RFQ & purchase order (PO) stage. Approval authority for product feasibility & risk analysis (PFRA) study. Responsible for mitigations of emerged risks.Review of manufacturing control plans (MOS) for Quality related processes viz. RM inspection, Dimensional inspection, NDT, and visual inspection.Ensure the resources needed for the department are available. Competency mapping of all subordinates through periodic training, evaluation, on-job training & qualification of personnel. Setting up of KRAs for all subordinates & their periodic review.
