As a product manager at Co-op, I am responsible for the strategic direction and roadmap of the workforce management (WFM) and task management products across our food retail estate. With over 20 years retail experience and a PRINCE2 and Lean Six Sigma certification, I have successfully delivered innovative and user-friendly solutions that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.I am passionate about understanding and translating customer needs into product features, collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders and developers, and applying Agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and change management principles. Some of my achievements include implementing a new digital task management solution, including designing all operational tasks & communications, and leading a team of product specalists & analysts. My goal is to empower our 40,000 colleagues in 2400 shops with the best WFM and task management tools and processes.
