Roles and Responsibilities:• Assessment for performance testing, define performance testing scope and effort and resource requirement estimation for new applications for performance testing.• Interaction with different project team (development/business/functional teams) for the requirement collection and testing activities.• Create performance test plan and business flows as per the scope.• Conduct review meetings with business and IT teams to fill the gaps in the process or documents.• Working Closely with Business Units to ensure that Software meets all the business requirements.• Model, design & execute the performance test scenarios.• Creation, Enhancement and validation of performance scripts with Load Runner, Performance Center and QALoad.• Generate and publish performance test reports and conduct review meetings for the reports.• Raise performance defects and tracked through HPQC.• Conduct defect triage calls as needed and follow up the defects until closure.• Execute the performance tests with different strategies. Analyze and published test results.• Monitor resource and application components in the Web Sphere, DB2 servers, SCON. Recommend for the tuning opportunities.• Involved in Weekly and monthly business level meetings with RBC customers.• Modelled and stabilized the process for onshore- offshore resource operating model. • Conduct technical training and presentation to performance team.• Played major role in setting up QA process in RBC social network site for the team.• Active member in RBC performance testing Center Of Excellence team for reviewing the process and documents for high critical projects/program in RBC.• Coordination with IGATE Offshore management team for day to day operational activities for client.• Responsible for coaching and mentoring new and junior team members in testing process and artifacts area in the team.
