However, these oases were often found in the burning orange of traditional organizations, so I also have experience of helping stakeholders unburden themselves from traditional inter-departmental service level agreements and gain value from embracing 'the speed of trust'.Likes: In the early days, I got a buzz from the excitement associated with major software releases. However, I am now grateful to the Continuous Deployment approach for weaning me off this. I now take as much pleasure from the shared journey as the final destination.I now specialize in serving in the following roles - Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Development Chapter Lead, Agile Department Manager.Personal Characteristics: Highly sociable introvert, dry (but not cynical) sense of humour, high levels of integrity, low levels of ego.
