The Pension Recovery Service helps members of occupational pension schemes recover losses caused by poor advice, inaction or adverse action (including fraud) by third parties such as independent financial advisors. ANATE has been setup with a twofold purpose. The first is to provide non-exec directorships for companies with material pension arrangements . ANATE provides directors who share the Board's responsibility, with relevant experience across a range of industries and with a very deep understanding of occupational pensions, particularly defined benefit arrangements. The second is to help sponsors address issues with Trustees and Advisors. Many Trustee Boards have acted negligently and/or failed to consider the needs of sponsors when managing their pension schemes. This can arise from misuse of data, mismanagement of assets, failure to take appropriate action etc. ANATE helps sponsors, often via a 'no win no fee' approach to take action against such trustee boards and/or advisors. The founder, Antony Miller, is a Director who can not only help manage interactions with Trustees and Regulators (having previously practiced as a professional Trustee for over 30 years) but who has the ability and experience to add value based on 20 years of owning and running several successful businesses. He has a deep understanding of the industry and can help weed out the issues that are often faced.
