LearningTree recruited me based on personal recommendation. I teach management, project management and leadership courses. I am also the course author for the APMG Agile Project Management course.I also serve a number of key accounts where clients specifically request me by name. This has extended my subject portfolio into business writing, decision-making and critical thinking skills where I also now have an international audience.My training style is grounded in sound theory/best practise but is brought to life by real-world experience so that my trainees are engaged, learn genuinely useful new skills and are motivated to put their new skills into effect.

I teach and coach my students to learn significant new skills and to motivate them to apply them once back at their work environments. I use my personal experience to illustrate learning points and add significant value to my students.

Motivated by the need to comply with Auto-enrolment pension legislation, but also by a wider programme of business process improvement, Enterprise have asked me to lead a workstream to define and streamline business processes impacted by Auto-enrolment.This is a challenging assignment due to the complexity of the business, the poor controls over current processes and aggressive project timescales.The scope of my role includes both process analysis and also the change management activities associated with the communication, roll-out and embedding of the new processes to a diverse and dispersed user population.I am leading the work to design, manage and propagate the new business processes using Nimbus Control software.

This AE will impact c40,000 UK employees and involves strategy, supplier selection, planning and implementation activities (including system changes, business process re-engineering and communications)

I established, with a partner, this consulting services company to provide skills in the newly-emerging discipline of Management Information systems and Data Warehousing.I had responsibility for many aspects of the business from sales, operations and service delivery.Over the many years I worked at MSP the company developed a strong reputation for the innovation and quality of its services. Our client base included many blue-chip customers, most of whom came to us by word-of-mouth and remained as long-term customers.The company raised private equity finance in late 1998 and used the capital to expand overseas - opening offices in France, Germany and an off-shore development facility in Sri Lanka.Our customer assignments, over which I had delivery responsibility, ranged from short-term technical work through to multi-year, multi £M outsource contracts.
