My experience spans the full spectrum of work stages including feasibility studies, design development, construction documentation and on-site observation. I have worked across the residential, mixed use and commercial office sectors, focusing for the last decade on large mixed-use and residential schemes.I have a particular interest in the operational living sectors - Build To Rent, PBSA, Co-Living and Later Living - and have set-up / chair EPR's Alt/Resi Group which is working to develop and drive EPR's strategy for increased project opportunities in these sectors.
