1997 – Began property investment, purchased strategically around Deptford/Greenwich before the new DLR line arrived in 2000. Various other extension/refurb projects completed.2005 - Quit the day job (IT - SAP) to become a full-time property investor (no more commute!)2005 – Invested in various Eastern European cities. London seemed to be near the top of the cycle, whereas the economics of the emerging CEE cities were looking fantastic. After a great start, overall mixed results due to the long running European recession. 2009 - As part of the highly successful PPP franchise, I built a personal HMO portfolio to generate income in order to avoid any chance of going back to a regular ‘day job’!2016 – Progressed to property developing, it's a different world compared to Buy-to-Let, each new project feels like a small business startup, inevitably with it's own challenges to overcome, the end result however is satisfying and rewarding.
